Thandi Mokone-Chase is a global citizen who was born in the U.S. to parents from South Africa. She is a licensed clinical social worker and has a private practice in Atlanta, GA. Her areas of interest are women’s issues, trauma and recovery. She earned her M.S.W. from Howard University and completed a 2 year post-graduate fellowship at the Yale Child Study Center. She has been an adjunct professor, guest lecturer, volunteer, and mentor. She is passionate about empowering women of all ages impacted globally by intimate partner violence and child abuse.
In her spare time she enjoys traveling, reading, cooking, running, spending time with her husband Ted and their rescue dog, Bailey.
